Key Features:
Sterilized and ready to use
Compact and easy to handle
Perfect for precise measurements and small-scale experiments
Premium Structural Design: The reagent bottle features a high-quality structural design, making it lighter in weight and lower in cost. The factory can meet bulk packaging requirements.
Narrow-Mouth Reagent Bottles Available in Multiple Sizes: Choose from a variety of packaging options, including 15ml, 30ml, 60ml, 125ml, 250ml, 500ml, and 1000ml, ensuring a comprehensive range of products.
Pure PP Material: The reagent bottles are made from imported pure PP/HDPE materials, free from biotoxicity and with excellent physicochemical properties. They exhibit strong resistance to pressure, impact, and acid. Polypropylene can withstand high temperatures up to 121°C, meeting the requirements for high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization, while polyethylene can endure low temperatures down to -40°C.
Leak-Proof Design: The reagent bottles are designed to prevent leakage. Repeated opening and tightening will not compromise the bottle's sealing performance. The sealing ring inside the cap tightly adheres to the inner edge of the bottle neck, forming a leak-proof valve to ensure a secure seal.
Uniform Wall Thickness, No Residue Adhesion: Advanced global molding technology and manufacturing equipment ensure the reagent bottles have uniform wall thickness and high-quality bottle walls. The robust structure makes them suitable for any laboratory application, effectively preventing breakage or punctures. The flat bottle bottom design facilitates smooth operation on filling lines.
Sterilized Plastic Bottles: The bottles are sterilized using electron beam irradiation, ready to use upon opening, significantly improving user packaging efficiency. They are guaranteed to be free from DNase/RNase, pyrogens, and endotoxins.
